This unique and innovative website is designed to enable all enthusiasts and afficiados of the Green Man to share, enjoy and discover more of their history. We green man-iacs are everywhere!!!

Since I give regular Walks 'n' Talks about these related topics, particularly in the Midlands, then this site is an ideal conduit for green man-iacs to communicate.

An integral part of my work involves bringing together the folklore and the concept of the Green Man and his many cousins.

The site will therefore also include Grotesques, Gargoyles, Misericords and other stone/ wood faces and carvings (collectively "GM’s") so that we can communicate and raise our awareness of these ubiquitous and curious silent faces from our past in so many countries and places.
